  The mommy and baby yoga class has way exceeded my expectations. Claudia is hands-on and also so great with the babies! It has helped with my postnatal strength and flexibility. I look forward to this class every week!

  Claudia is so knowledgeable and warm, just overall an amazing yoga teacher!! I attended prenatal yoga classes with her and she was so good about making individual suggestions and tailoring the poses for different stages and concerns of pregnancy. Really can't say enough good things about her classes:-)

  I cannot say enough good things about Claudia and her services. She is an amazing Yoga instructor. She takes everyones need in to consideration during our practices. I always leave her place feeling well and invigorated, even after a hard week at work. She is also wonderful at manual osteopathy. She is AMAZING. You have to try it to understand.

  I have attended My Yoga At Home prenatal yoga classes!! It has helped me with my pregnancy and stretches me out in places I didn’t know I needed stretching. She is a great hands on teacher. Also I worked 6 days a week and these prenatal yoga classes really helped me get through my week with my very physical jobs :) Thank you Claudia for everything :)

  I’ve attended the prenatal classes during my pregnancy and I have found that it has helped me a lot with my hip pains I was having during my pregnancy. The stretches has also helped me alot.
  
  I love that it’s a small class, it makes it more personal. Claudia is very hands on, knowledgeable, attentive, she cares about her clients, and that’s what makes her an awesome teacher! It has made my first time doing yoga an awesome experience.
  
  I look forward to starting my postnatal classes! :)
