The cap from a shampoo bottle fell down an inch and a half shower drain. Two plumbers tried snaking it out, but no luck. One used a standard snake and the other used Super V. But these guys had a more powerful snake that most plumbers and drain companies don't have so there was no issue removing it! Like most trades, it's about having the right tools and the skills for the job!

They also agreed to try at no charge whereas the other two plumbers charged me over $200 each for trying with no success. If he didn't remove it, the next step was opening the ceiling and rip out the drain pipe to find the blockage.

So happy I called around until I found the company with the right tools for the job :)
