I am providing a review for Colin, the technician who was here to assess the problem with the fan in the furnace. Colin was professional, helpful, understanding and obviously very knowledgeable of the business. Thankfully, he was able to repair our fan and we are now able to enjoy air conditioning again in this very hot weather. With a child under 3 and an elderly parent, he did his utmost to help resolve the issue. He informed us on how to inquire about a new furnace and air conditioner in the near future. In the meantime, we are in working order, thanks to Colin! who fixed it instead of only suggesting a new furnace at this time. Having been in the Management business myself, Colin would definitely be someone that I would hire and keep. His client service in comparison to the Enercare call centre service was night and day. The phone service was long, difficult and not helpful. Colin more than made up for it!
Excellent work done by Mitch and Brad! They were friendly, knowledgeable and approachable; I really appreciated their patience when answering my questions. Work looks great. I would definitely recommend this service (installing new furnace and air conditioner) to my friends and family.
Enercare service was all around spectacular. From me putting in my service call on Canada Day (Holiday) and they were willing to come out within an hour to help me. I wasn't at the home, but someone still stopped by to see if something can be fixed from the outside. The next day the service call was completed and 100% on time. Derrick was able to troubleshoot quickly and provide me with a solution without costing me anything extra as I have the maintenance plan. I would recommend getting on the maintenance plan so that you can be covered in the future.

I was quite impressed with the service I received today from Chris G. He was quick, thorough and friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. As an added bonus, he also called to see if he could come early - something I appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend his services for furnace and air conditioning, nor hesitate to have him back into my home.
Rob D serviced both air conditioner and furnace. When I booked appointment I deliberately booked both appointments on same day. Rob arrived and was only booked for 1 of the services. Another tech was to come later for the other service. Rob called Enercare and was able to do both services which saved me from waiting around for a second tech.
Rob was professional and personable. Explained all he was doing.
I only wish customer service on the phone was as polite and professional as Rob.
