(September 14, 2021, 5:08 pm)Good location, central, loblaws nearby convenience store around the corner, right next to library, the student housing next door is loud, saw one cockroach only one but ive also only been here for 14 days, there is alot of building disrepair, my girlfriend has lived here for 2 years and says it has gotten better, but still could improve alot, the view is nice the apartments are nice, neighbors arent the friendliest. Not sure if i would recommend this location, except for the location the location is great.
