H&R Block

All online, no contact, and a short turnaround. I had a great representative this year who helped me with documents and was very knowledgeable. I also like HR Block for the 'peace of mind' service offered because it takes me out of the equation and I didn't hesitate to get it again.

Overall, this was one of the easiest tax returns I've ever done and I look forward to doing it this way in the future.

I dropped my taxes off on Saturday and went in Monday to finish it up. Amira at the desk was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Laura did my taxes for me and did amazing. We ran in to a hiccup trying to get my student price and when that wasn't possible she did a great job still trying to get me the lowest rate she could with the best refund! Thank you both very much!

ok service if you get the right attendant, the people in there know there stuff and will run through scenarios for your RRSP.... but, expect to pay around 165 for ontario returns plus an additional 145 if quebec return. I had no choice for my return was a little complex (RRSP wise), so I bit the bullet and paid 350 to get my taxes done. Next year, I'm going to take a tax course... taxes are damn stressful, hate them... end up paying in quebec every damn year (highest income taxes in quebec from 15-25% yet there is no health care, everyone goes to ontario and pays through the teeth without much reimbursement from quebec... buyer beware!)
