We called the Ministry but they said that it was final decision and the case was finished. We feel really helpless so we sent E-mail to Lisa about our case. Late Lisa Macleod and her team helped us figure it out and help us get the grant.

(March 30, 2022, 10:58 am)I just wanted to say thank you for recent help you've assisted me and my family with. There was a recent event which resulted in my father getting his license suspended. I was advised to contact you to assist in the recovery of his driver's license (which is something I was not aware you could do).
But since that contact your office has been nothing but prompt and truly helpful in the matter and in the end the issue was resolved.
