Popular place so plan ahead for bookings. Super friendly staff and my dog loves it here. She is excited to spend time with the groomers.

Very personable staff who love their pets! They are extremely patient with the extra vocal, non-cooperative or nervous nellies.
There are little safety zones set up for the wee ones who don’t feel like socializing who need a break from it all too! Love these gals. They do good work!

I have been bringing one of my dogs (shih tzus) to Uptown for just over 5 years now; my 2nd dog for 2 years. The owners here .. Laurie and Ellen .. are wonderful and very caring ladies.

When I still had a car, and would take my girls out of the car, they would literally pull me to the Uptown door; they love it there. There are always 'friends' to play with too!

I recently moved to the East end of Ottawa and am trying to figure out how to get us there, but I WILL find a way as they are worth the trip!

I can't rave enough about this place. They treat my dog like a little prince. He never had a good time at the groomer until he went there and now it's great.

Absolutely amazing staff, they are so kind and caring and truly love and take care of the animals. My dog is very nervous and a super anxious guy who everyone has issues with getting his nails clipped but not these guys! Amazing :) highly recommend!
