Philip Coe assisted us through the entire process, working with a talented architect to produce a design that integrated beautifully with our existing home. Phil really cares about constructing an exceptional product and uses quality materials without increases to the price agreed to in the contract. During the construction, he informed us of some areas of concern on our existing home and offered to fix those with contract adjustments that were fair and reasonable. “Mimos cement provided incredible work, superior materials and unmatched customer service. My wife and I are beyond impressed with the job they did. Initially, we contacted three concrete companies to acquire quotes and figure out how best to approach our rather large request. Of the three, Mimos stood out beyond all the others, although his price was higher then the other 3 we knew it was the right choice because of his attention to detail, years of experience and willingness to make our request become a reality earned our trust. When it came to the quote it was packet with details including the process, options and included sealant types that we would have never known existed! It didn’t take long for us think it over. With his decorated resume, reasonable cost and fact that he had been doing this work for longer than anyone else, we booked with Mimos cement work . The crew also really impressed us the day they showed up to start. Every member of their team was respectful of our property, and the neighbours. They left the work site cleaner than they found it, and were friendly people to chat with. Now with the dust settling and the concrete curing, the quality of the materials and craftsmanship is obvious. The entire process was stress-free, and overall a very positive experience.
