“Staff was super friendly. They greeted me upon my entry and helped me find the items I was looking for. The store is spacy and well stocked with items for dogs, cats, and other small animals. The self-serve pet washing station located at the back of the store is new to me and looks super clean! It would benefit pet owners who are not able to wash their big dogs at home easily! Too bad, this store is not in my neck of the woods. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.”

“Lots of different happy animals to choose from. Great enclosures with beds and toys to keep them entertained. They also have special rooms to meet and interact with the potential animal to adopt. The staff makes sure you interact well with the animal before you decide to bring them home. All animals are checked by a vet. The rabbit we adopted was spade before he was put for adoption. The vet check up is written down so we know what to expect medically. I was really impressed! Please consider adopting a fur baby. The Ottawa humane society really need volunteers and donations.
