“I have to say that my experience this morning was not in-keeping with the comments below. I was apprehensive when I read the critiques, but the receptionist was lovely yesterday, next day service, and a competent and gentlemen of a technician... That was my experience... I learned that gas appliance technicians are rare, and I was bounced around all over the city trying to find one. This could be frustrating, but they did reassure me that they serviced Samsung appliances, and thus I would understand that sometimes they may be busy... But my service experience was 5 star!!! There was a bit of a language barrier maybe with English, but very professional service. I would recommend them, and will call on them again if needed in the future. Respectfully, RD”
