“I have been a patient of Dr. Orbay for 9 years. I have learned so much from him and am much healthier and energetic as a result. He is very caring and empathetic and totally devoted to his patients. Before meeting a patient, he has thoroughly reviewed the patient’s file, can recall previous interactions and has identified any issues that should be followed up. He is continually doing research and updating his knowledge and skill. I have been most impressed with his ability to make diagnoses on the spot in the office and provide a treatment designed uniquely for me and how my body will react. For example, this was helpful for whooping cough, appendix issues and heart palpations (which Dr. Orbay identified were related to Lyme). Besides treating specific symptoms as they arise, Dr. Orbay works to ensure each patient achieves and maintains his or her maximum health potential. Under his care, I have seen improvements with blood pressure, blood sugar and aging knees. Although I have passed into the “over 65” category, thanks to Dr. Orbay, I don’t feel like, nor consider myself, a senior citizen. I expect to continue with an active, healthy life for many years to come.”

“I haven't participated in a fitness class since the 98. Zumba was everything i wanted it to be I was lost half the time and it didn't matter what a great experience. Recently lost a bunch of weight and needed to find something to ramp up my physical activity. Moving around to great music lead by two very charismatic and entertaining people was exactly what i needed. Damn she is sassy!!! I loved it and can't wait to go back! If you are thinking about trying it but worried about lack of coordination or not being able to follow along just go knowing you will get lost. You will struggle a bit too follow. Just keep moving and sweating and enjoy the energy flowing around the room.”
