“Martin is an EXTREMELY knowledgeable personal trainer. I've been a regular gym goer for 10 years and thought I had a pretty solid knowledge of lift techniques and was floored after talking to Martin. Within just a couple months Martin had coached me on my lifts to whwre I was able to smash my personal bests on a lot of my lifts, while keeping my safety and health a top priority. The facility itself is very clean and well put together. Classes are a lot of fun as well. If you are looking for that motivation to shed those pounds or reignite a fitness desire, this is the spot.”

“I love the diversity of it. There's no routine there. The trainers are extremely awesome and make you feel welcome even though you're just getting started. Great location. It's getting me in shape and I'm doing so in style, because those kickboxing gloves make me look like a badass! :) I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking to get in shape who also wish to enjoy the process.
