Since moving here in January I have experienced first class service; special and individualized care for all residents.
From the many amazing programs that cater to the wellness of everyone to excellent food services and caring staff nothing is lacking at this home. I would unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone

IT was the month of July, 2018 , when my brother and sisters were notified that our mother's home and residence could not longer provide her with the adequate care - She had to move! We started our search for a residence that could provide Mom with LOVING care and suitable assistance - Yes, we found Beacon Heights. During the preparation and the day of the move, we did not recognize our mother. She was reluctant and in Distress, to leave her cozy home of 5 years, and the LOVELY people who had cared for her, was beyond what she could do. The story has Such a HAPPY ENDING.... Mom Loves her new found home at BEACON HEIGHTS... She loves the atmosphere and WARMTH of her new surroundings. Thank YOU.. to the loving STAFF that supports her and respects who she is... From my wonderful mother and her family... We so appreciate all of you!

Three months ago, our family felt that our 94 year old mother needed a greater level of care that we could provide for her. After visiting many options in Ottawa it was clear to our family that Beacon Heights was by far the best possible 'home away from home' for our mom. True to their word, the staff ensured that the transition ran smoothly. Our mother loves the comfort and amenities, has made new friends and is already attached to the highly qualified and warm personnel. Our mother enjoys the meals, activities and elegant surroundings. We feel fortunate that she is here knowing that the level of care she needs - which varies from time to time - is flexible, responsive and so professional. Nous apprécions aussi que les services soient bilingues. Plusieurs résidents sont francophones ce qui a facilité son intégration au sein de sa nouvelle demeure. We love coming to visit too... we always feel welcome.

This is a marvelous place. I've been here for 10 months and have repeatedly witnessed the great care we get from every single employee. Its truly amazing and I can highly recommend the place. The food is excellent, everything is kept exceptionally clean, activities are well organized, there is always something to do and to look forward to. Medical care is perfect.

Great dinner last night with my nonna! She loves all the activities too, great place!
