The owner (forgive me that I do not remember) was very friendly and helpful. A few years later, when we moved to our new home, we bought a baby grand piano (2013). One of our best investment. They showed me where was the product I needed I ended looking more in the store. I feel like it is a little small for a best buy. The one in Gloucester is so much nicer and bigger gives you a really much better experience for shopping. Hopefully they will upgrade the store. My only complaint about the store.”
