The customer service was very supportive and they were happy to work around my schedule for a tech visit. I had a slight confusion with an admin side and their customer service was super responsive, with a quick turnaround. I found it to be very efficient! The technician did an in-depth inspection and fixed all the openings in and around the house. Their technicians are highly experienced and know what they’re doing. “I was looking to change my blinds and a friend referred me to Iconic Blinds saying he had dealt with the company in the past and had nothing but good things to say about them. I contacted them and was not disappointed at all. They thrive on fast and friendly service and it showed. I was immediately responded to and got asked all the important questions (what kind of blinds am I looking for, how many blinds do I need, what my budget was) and so on. Within the same week, someone had come to my house to take accurate measurements of my windows and offer me a free estimate. Once I confirmed my order with them, they gave me an appointment in which 2 friendly installers came over to set up the blinds for me. They were fast, friendly and efficient. They also made sure to tell me several times that if I had any questions or issues later on, to feel free to contact them any time. The blinds were super nice and great quality. The owner of the company, Jesse, had also reached out the very next day to ensure everything went well and answer any questions I may have had. All in all, not a single complaint from my end. “Wayne is awesome! He was able to get to me quickly when I first contacted him, and was very patient helping me try to track down where those darn thrips are coming from. Had some great advice and was very patient responding to all my questions. So, when I spotted mice dropping... Wayne to the rescue! When he came to check the traps, I mentioned seeing baby wasps and so he had a look and provided advice for going forward. I also had him treat the exterior of our home to minimize pest damage. He will be my go-to guy whenever I have pest issue. Highly recommend him.”

We again were given expert advise on choosing the right stove for our needs. They are always there to answer any and all questions. The installer took the greatest of care getting this 600 lb beast into the house. Nothing was damaged and he gave the best tutorial on how to operate the stove instead of us having to refer to the manual and instruction video.
