My Mother’s passing was anticipated, just not as soon as it was, and I did not havetime to make any previous arrangements and was very confused about where and how to begin. I live in Montreal and my Mother resided Iin Ottawa, so logistically it was a bit of a challenge. David was completely available at my convenience and had no problem meeting me on Saturday morning to make the arrangements and then the following Saturday to finalize the paperwork and retrieve her remains. Some how he managed to take me through the whole process with less anxiety than I had anticipated. He was very caring, understanding and patient, and in no way like the technical sales oriented people I had dealt with at the bigger funeral homes. When we loose a loved one, we should not have the added stress and expense of people actually trying to up sell their services or falsely advise you.
