Bushtukah - Stittsville is my one-and-only destination for my cycling, running, and ski equipment and service needs! The entire team, under the leadership of Todd Landry, provide the best experience I’ve found in Ottawa. These guys keep me and my pals on the road and trails all season long despite the abuse we put our equipment through! Great expertise, the best brands, and quickest service to keep us active outdoors.

I have been a Bushtukah customer for the past 10 years. Every member of the team has always gone above and beyond to ensure I am more than satisfied with every product I purchase. They provide incredible service and this is primarily the reason I keep going back. Their mechanics are knowledgeable, friendly and treat my bikes like gold. Highly recommend Bushtukah Stittsville for any outdoor enthusiast, especially those who are serious cyclists looking for the best gear and accompanying service.

My son had been looking for a mountain bike for a while.
We talked to Jeff the manager and he took down our information and was very helpful.
We really wanted to buy it from here but since there was no inventory we went somewhere else. Not even a week after my son had his bike, the left crank arm was done and he needed a new one.
Since everything is on back order, we were told the part would take weeks to get here. Luckily we went to see Jeff and he was super, he took a look at my son's bike and told me to wait. 15 minutes later they have put on a used crank arm on my sons bike and we were on our way....no charge and they did it right away. I call that great customer service, you do not find places like that anymore. This was back in early May the crank arm still going strong (we are still waiting for his new one to arrive!) but at least we are out in the trails.
I would recommend this place to anyone.
In fact I am about to order my Salsa Timberjack from them.
