Highly recommend. I bought hiking boots and crampons today. The sales associate, Branden, was incredibly helpful and patient. He clearly knowledable about the pros and cons of the different brands and was able to make intelligent recommendations to meet the needs of mu budget and the activities I wanted to engage in. The prices were also good. Overall, great experience.

Love this place. Knowledgable employees who are willing to help. I struggled to buy a bag for a couple weeks that would fit everything but also didn't want it to cost an arm and a leg.

Employee asked a lot of questions of what I would be packing, suggested I get the 48 over the 38, showed me how to adjust everything, and even helped me try the bag on with weights. I told her if she doesn't see me back in the store (to return it), that's a good sign.

I haven't been back, and I can't wait to use this bag on many trips to come! :)

Great experience! We bought a Thule bike rack and saved $80 from the price posted on their website.
I didn't get her name, but the young woman who helped us out and answered our questions was awesome.
I also appreciated the all things bike related chat with Alex in the bike department. A very knowledgeable and friendly young man.

This place has unbelievably good customer service. I walked in with very little knowledge of road bikes after doing some research prior to visiting the store. I had a particular bike in mind but Mike helped me find a better (and more affordable) fit. He was knowledgeable, friendly and clearly had the customer’s best interest as his number one priority. I can’t imagine a better bike shopping experience in the Ottawa region and encourage anyone looking for a new bike to check this place out. Thanks again to Mike and the Bushtukah team!

Outstanding service! These guys know their stuff and are eager to help and share their expertise. I recently got into road/gravel biking but did not know anything about the technology and options out there. They were patient and helped me upgrade my bike to suit the type of riding I wanted to do, and even got me fitted properly so the bike fits like a glove. And when I wanted to try out cross country skiing, they helped equip me with the right gear and clothing - without going overboard for a beginner. Highly recommended.
