“I was very impressed with Pups, from asking to a quote through to the final pick up. The information was clear and detailed on the quote, with all costs explained. The communication I had over the phone was friendly and full of information (I often even had the same woman who was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. I think her name was Jenn). When I made an error and thought the wrong container had come, I called the number but it was closed on the weekend... However by the time I realized my mistake, they had called me to help me, even in off hours. The container was delivered on time on expected date, and I received calls before and updates by text the day of. I was very impressed with the service we received and it all worked out really well.”

“Now open. SELF STORAGE TIPS FOR EVERYBODY! Pack in such a way that you leave yourself access to items you might need from time to time. Accessing boxes can be made even easier by labelling them. Store items you may need to access at front of unit. Worn boxes can collapse and lead to damage. Use similar size boxes so they pack easy and make better use of space. Try to fill boxes to maintain sturdiness and stack lighter boxes on top. Pack heavy things in small boxes and lighter things in larger boxes Anything important should be wrapped or boxed in storage to protect from dust and dirt. Old bed sheets, towels and comforters make excellent padding to protect furniture. To save space and possibly money, disassemble any large furniture such as beds, tables. It is a good idea to keep all screws, bolts, and the like, in one accessible container or bag.”

“Booked a move with Campbell; I requested and received a confirmation letter stating 2 men plus truck with a 4 hour minimum. Perfect. On moving day, 3 men show up and the rate is suddenly $25 more per hour. I asked why there were 3 men, the movers had no idea and I had little choice but to sign off on the new price at the door. The move took just 3 hours plus 40 minutes transit time to and from the depot (a bit of a joke since I live 4km from the depot). I was charged the 4 hour minimum. I contacted Campbell regarding the above, no response. I feel I was overcharged by ~$100 plus tax, I could have easily done the work of the third guy. The least they could have done was just charge the total move time of 3.5 hours and refund me $65 plus tax. Two of the movers were amazing, nothing was damaged and everything went smooth. The third guy stated he was relatively new and he wasn't all the useful. If you only need 2 movers - look elsewhere.”
