“In June, I was urgently looking for a store that could REPAIR the broken leg of my daughter's sunglasses because she would have to leave within a couple of days for a 3 week overnight camp. Later that afternoon, I had gone to a few optical stores, even watch stores, etc. but none of them could fix it. They all suggested getting a new pair of glasses, which would not be available in time. The next day, by chance, I passed by this Laurier Optical store and, in spite of lacking hope in my mind, I still decided to go into the store to give it a try. Surprisingly, a very kind lady there said that she could fix it by replacing both legs, and then she did it ! What made me even more surprised was that she said it was free when I asked how much I should pay her. She explained to me that she had simply replaced the original legs with ones from a pair of "recycled" glasses, which was why it was free. The store manager, Andrew, said the same! I was so happy because my 14 year old daughter could bring the fixed sunglasses to the 3 week summer camp. Ling, the store employee (I hope I spelled her name correctly), and Andrew, thank you so much for your great help! Because of my terrific and memorable experience with this Laurier Optical at 224 Hunt Club, two month later, I came back for my own new glasses. Once again, I was very impressed with their client oriented services, professionalism and kindness. I definitely recommend Andrew and Ling as well as this store to those who need their help.”

“Best pharmacy we have used. My mom takes many medications for health issues and they are top notch getting them filled regularly and timely. Once she was very sick and could not leave the house and they offered to bring her pain meds to her. They notify us when closing for holidays to make sure we have everything we need. Friendly service. We moved half an hour away and still go there for mom's medication every month.”

“I had an emergency tooth issue and was a little nervous about seeing a new dentist. It was by far the best experience I have ever had given the circumstances. The X-rays were instant, the advice was thoughtful and pros and cons explained. I felt safe and in good hands. I did not feel a thing which is rare for me. I am very sensitive and do not freeze well. Dr Eugene Lui was exceptional and professional. I will be back for another visit no doubt. Their front desk was super and assistant helping was excellent. Bravo and thanks for saving my weekend!”

“Very pleased with the service I’ve received at this clinic. The doctor and staff were excellent. One thing to be aware of - Hunt Club Road is very busy pretty much all day long, so give yourself plenty of time in case you get stuck in traffic. I was quite late for my appointment because of this, but luckily they were kind enough to see me anyways. It’s so refreshing to deal with such friendly receptionists at a doctor’s office”

“Dr. Faten's experience, expertise, professionalism, sincerity & humor are a rare combination. She's always on time and smiling! When I met her, I had just had a severe concussion; I appreciated her thoroughness and follow ups. It was a challenge for me to find an Optometrist that was caring and sincere. For me that's just as important as knowledge and experience. Don't look any further!! She's the best! A word must be said about Andre, the optician, and his taste!! Like everyone, I'm picky when it comes to spending a few hundred $ on a pair of glasses, and to add to the problem, indecisive. Andre made a suggestion for a pair from the first second he saw me, and an hour later, after his patience in showing me every pair I remotely liked, it turned out his initial choice was the best for my face shape and needs in general. The ladies at the front are always warm and a pleasure to see as well! Getting the reminder from them yearly or every 2 years from them to get my eyes re-examined, as well as letting me know about savings for my contact lenses are nice gestures. My entire family and I go to Dr. Faten and trust her.”
