This review is for an online order, and for Supplement King in general, not specifically the location on Industrial Road, although I'm sure they're great, too. I never write these things, so clearly this is a testament to Supplement King's superior customer service.

After ordering a pre-workout, I received a call a few days later from HQ telling me that the flavour I ordered was not in stock. I told them that I was willing to wait a few days until the product became available. I was then told a few days later that that product was only available in sample packs, not in the larger size I had ordered. The employee, Chris, was very apologetic, and offered to hook me up with several free samples of the flavour I desired, along with other extra samples, and a couple of t-shirts. After living in Asia for quite some time and then returning to Canada, I can't begin to tell you how horrible customer service is in Canada. You folks really have no idea. Anyways, I was extremely impressed by their attempts to communicate with me and to remedy the issue. They went above and beyond. Thank you!

Great staff well lit great selection and great prices, awesome promos. Love this place only place I go from now on

Clean and organized without the clutter that some supplement shops have. Staff was helpful introducing me to the store with it being my first time. Has everything you expect a supplement store to have as well as gym accessories (knee wraps, wrist wraps, belts, etc.) and some apparel as well. They also have a reward system so that's a plus.

Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.
