I had cork floors installed by Orleans Flooring in my kitchen in 2015. Unfortunately, due to a possible manufacturing defect they began to lift. I advised Orleans flooring in late 2018 and they took immediate action. The tile manufacturing rep and Flooring rep came in and did an assessment-determined that there was a defect - and replaced the flooring in January 2019 at no cost and with no hassle. Special thanks to the staff (Tawny) and the installers who were very pleasant and professional.

An awesome experience from start to finish. Sean Burke was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a very pleasant individual to deal with. He steered us in the right direction replacing our lower level 10 year old carpet with a terrific Richmond Reflections vinyl floor. Eric installed the flooring within the prescribed time period. Eric was meticulous in his work and very respectful in all manners. The whole experience was great and the new floor even looks better than expected!
