I mostly have gone to Tati’s class over the years and she’s wonderful. She’s a physiotherapist and incorporates her knowledge oh physiotherapy into the classes.

(March 13, 2018, 1:32 am)Great studio with knowledgeable and friendly instructors. Decent variety of classes from yin to flow. Good selection of props available to aid in your practice. Love the small class sizes, allowing for lots of individual instruction. Tea available for yogis after class.
