Thiago supported us from day one, clarifying our doubts, showing us options, and being always available. He has a great balance on his approach: he's not pushy, but at the same time doesn't leave you unattended. We are very happy with the service and are looking forward to being customers for years.
(March 24, 2019, 12:54 pm)I have been going to Kanata Powerhouse for years to purchase anything motorcycle related. Time and time again, they have not failed. Some points to highlight:
- Excellent customer service
- Only place in Ottawa I know that will compete with online retailers and other local retailers
- Will do special orders and is willing to exchange if necessary (with no extra charges)
- Special orders will usually take about 1 day, maybe 3 days at worse case
I will certainly be returning and would recommend to any of my motorcycle friends.
Special compliments to Toby Bartlett - Parts Manager! He's a straight shooter and always is willing to help the customer.

He walked me through every step and made sure I understood it all. I felt like he was there to find the best car for me and my situation. Elise was the finance lady I dealt with and she was equally amazing. I’ll definitely back for my next car!
(February 10, 2019, 8:33 pm)My girlfriend and I went in to buy our first new car. We were greeted by a sales associate, Charles right away. He was very pleasant and helpful throughout our whole experience. He asked us questions to better understand our needs and wants and made the process feel effortless and enjoyable. He made sure we were happy with what we were getting.
Even after our purchase Charles was great at assisting us with our follow up questions and concerns.
Also the space was really nice, very open concept and we could actually see examples of colors and tires on the cars in the show room.
All around it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend buying a car here.
