  I walked into the dealership at 9am (on a Saturday) and had my papers in less than 1hr and 20 min. The service went above and beyond to get my car registered and plated.
  
  What normally took 2 days was accomplished in just under 2 hours (I literally needed a car that day).
  
  It was an excellent overall buying experience and I would encourage anyone who is considering to purchase a new Toyota to try this particular dealership in Kanata.
  
  It was well worth it.

  A very pleasant and relaxing experience! We purchased our new car from Taylor Hill and highly recommend him. He was informative, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and the negotiation process was very respectful and quick. From being greeted when we first walked into Kanata Toyota, to picking up our vehicle, it was a delightful experience.

  Awesome experience with Donnie and gang at Kanata Toyota. Did some test drives at other dealers but Donnie's test drive was by far the best! We actually tested the Camry and what it could do, rather than just take it for a gentle ride. And it passed with flying colours. If you're in the market for a Toyota, Donnie is the guy to see.

  Buying our new car here was a very pleasant experience - Taylor was the representative and was very informative and accommodating for us during the sale. About the dealership - we already own a Toyota that we bought here 3 years ago and use Kanata Toyota for car maintenance and repair service every time. Always great service! 2 Toyotas, same dealership - I highly recommend Kanata Toyota.

  Donnie MacGregor sold me my car. He works harder to please than anyone I've seen. He's a professional in every sense. He has a background in professional sports, and he brings that commitment to excel to his current job as a salesperson.
  My purchase was an older car, and Donnie had very little to gain from the purchase, as it was a low value vehicle. I totally appreciate the way he stayed late after hours to accommodate my schedule. He promptly responded to my texts, emails, and phone calls. He helped me get the vehicle in a short period of time, when I was in a pinch and desperately needed the help. I've been driving my Echo from Donnie for close to a year now. I'm thoroughly happy with my purchase.
  When I need another Toyota, I'll definitely be calling Donnie up.
  He outshines them all.
