Great service and extremely helpful in getting us setup with the right mattress. Salespeople are not at all pushy and allow you the time to lie on the beds and compare different ones. We're definitely happy with our purchase and would buy another mattress from them without hesitation.!

After seeing their ads on TV, I decided to check Lapensée out. My main attraction was the fact that you can flip their mattresses. My previous 2 (rotate only) pillow-top mattresses from their competitor lost their comfort after 6 years. I had 5 star customer service by Marc C (the manager); he is kind, courteous, professional; absolutely no pressure sales. The delivery lads were also courteous. Two thumbs up for this company! I have already recommended them to my friends and colleagues. Last but not least; great quality, comfortable mattress, and great for my back.
