“Best Bike and Customer Service in Ottawa. We originally had an issue with our Bike after our tune up. We brought the bike back, explained the situation to the manager, April. She not only rectified the issue with the tune up , apologized and gave us a store credit. We did not ask or expect a store credit. Her sincerity and knowledge will have us shop no where else.
