“I took my daughter to Zumiez to get a thrasher sweatshirt and we live 1.5 hours away. On the way home we realized that the security tag was not removed. We only head to Ottawa 3 times per year. When I called and told them , Hudson, the manager offered to drive out to Perth to meet me to exchange for one without the security tag on it. Needless to say I was quite shocked she would be willing to do this. My daughter and I were relieved and delighted. This is customer service at its best!!!! Yay Hudson!!! Thank you so much!! “Best Bike and Customer Service in Ottawa. We originally had an issue with our Bike after our tune up. We brought the bike back, explained the situation to the manager, April. She not only rectified the issue with the tune up , apologized and gave us a store credit. We did not ask or expect a store credit. Her sincerity and knowledge will have us shop no where else.
