Had a great experience with Donna buying a new bedroom set. I'll be back!!

Donna was our salesperson and an absolute pleasure to deal with (Amanda is as well!) We made a very large purchase and everyone was perfect from start to finish. The delivery guys were even nice enough to bring our old king size mattress down to the driveway for disposal. They were also great for setting everything up and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Highly recommend!

My wife and I bought a 3 piece sectional from Ashley and it was delivered last Friday by thier hired service.
During the delivery or installation one of the pieces was damaged.
At the time I didn't notice it, however my wife did when she got home.
I called the store back and spoke to Amanda.
I sent Amanda a short video of the problem. Which in turn she shared with the store's repair technician.
Today, thier technician come over and repaired the damage. He and his partner were very good, knowledgeable and skilled (over 50 years in the furniture repair and restorations).
You would never know that there was a problem.
As for Amanda, she was very great, understood the problem, kept in touch and arranged prompt professional repairs.
Good service wins every time.

We bought a bedroom set for our son.The salesperson was excellent and very pleasant. The delivery and service was prompt and without any problems. Lovely store with an extensive selection of furniture abd courteous and helpful staff. This new Ashley store is A-one. M.Barker

Got a coffee table here, pretty happy with it. Prices could be better but not the most expensive around for sure. There's definitely some good quality stuff here though
