Amazing customer service! Went to get my laptop fixed up for overheating/crashing issues, computer onsite tech guy told me exactly what to expect in terms of timing and pricing in the event that the fan needed replacing. Told me he'd phone me in the evening of the same day to give me an update, which he did. The next day, got me a replacement fan from supplier +fixed up the motherboard + replaced thermal paste, and my computer was ready for pick up in the evening. Cost was reasonable. Laptop is running smoothly. Fast and reliable - highly recommend.
I brought my laptop to computer onsite when I had the black screen of death when boot up.They diagnosed the issue in front of me, quickly. Offered me a fair, on-market price for a good quality replacement hard drive. I was also told options that would cost me more or less depending on what I wanted to spend, with no pressure. In the end, they did a great job, and in less than 24 hours my laptop was ready. When I picked it up it was totally cleaned and looked brand new. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs a repair!

I highly recommend Computer Onsite. I went there this morning with my laptop hp which had a blue screen and Tony I received an outstanding service. Tony easily diagnose the issue and knew how to fix it, he was quick, very professional in advising and making recommendation, all without any pressure. Went in Best Buy for diagnosis turn out major motherboard failure was going to be the end of my laptop , since I could not find any replacement motherboards anywhere online and everything said I'll pretty much just have to buy a whole new laptop.
Computer onsite was able to do a complex repair of the motherboard within 5 days and my laptop worked .Saving me well over a thousand dollars vs having to buy a new one. Would definitely recommend.Thanks for Tony tech.
