Factory Direct

By far, the best Factory Direct in the entire city. I say this solely based on their optimal customer service. I had an air conditioner that gave out on me shortly after purchasing it. I also threw out the receipt (since it was originally working when I bought it). Jake is the employee who was working with me. Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure I ended up having a fully functioning air conditioner, regardless of the inconvenience, he made me and my family feel appreciated and valued as customers. I cannot thank him enough for his excellent customer service. My family and I truly appreciate this. It is so nice to walk into a store and not feel like I’ve inconvenienced them, and feel so welcomed. I cannot stress enough how pleasant he was to work with. Tidy and clean. Staff are helpful and polite.

Been into this place two times now and the staff is very helpful. Was helped by a guy named Jake to pick out a speaker. Super helpful and surprisingly knowledgeable.Speaker was a real good quality Sony speaker that was still in box but was just old product that was being liquidated. Some brands are not the stuff I would go for and can be super cheap for good reason but all the products seem to be in good working order. Can definitely find a few gems in this place.

Sales person who was assisting me finished his shift and left. He did not inform which staff member would continue to resolve my problem. Not impressed!
