HRT Appliance Repair

I have used this company on a number of occasions. We have had issues with our fridge and now our clothes washer. Not only do I like that it is a family business but their response is usually quick. If they don’t get back to me that day, they actually apologize about it. When they call the next day. To tell the truth there are quite a number of things that impress me about this company but I don’t want to write pages. What impressed me most is that when they came and inspected our washer he explained that there were a couple of issues. It could be repaired but would be on the costly side. The washer was getting to the age that he was worried it would continue to deteriorate and perhaps just buying a new one would be more cost effective. He doesn’t sell new appliances that I’m aware of. He said to get back to him with my decision before he ordered the parts. When I have had questions they have been always happy to answer. I appreciate they give me the facts so I can make a decision that is best for our family.

Very thankful for the Service that Richard provided ~ he is quick to book time to come fix my dryer ~ fast, friendly and fair. Very trustworthy!
Would I recommend HRT Appliance Repair ~ for sure ~ in a heart beat.

I have used HRT many times and have always received really great service. I don’t know anything about appliances and Richard was so knowledgeable and most important TRUSTWORTHY! A real gem!!
