One star because I could not give any less
We bought a fridge in early july2023
When it came, two weeks overdue, the moron movers that Bd Boy use damaged the fridge by banging the door on the island. They damaged the hardwood floor in the kitchen and placed the fridge o still on the skid in front of the pantry. Reluctantly they moved the old fridge and put it outside in front of the doorway. Doing all this by cursing and swearing. When complained to the store they were the least apologetic and gave me the movers head office number.
In the meantime we realized the fridge was too small so we called the office and spoke to one of the many managers in the store and we put in an order for a bigger and more expansive fridge. We were told it would take about four weeks and we agreed. Four weeks passed and no fridge. Called the store and we’re hold two more weeks. And we waited and waited. After three months we decided enough is enough so spoke to this guy in Toronto (Evan is his name) and again he promised two more weeks. Two weeks passed and Evan said ten more day but by this time we had enough. Asked for our money back and he said he wouldn’t give it back but when I told him I would get in touch with my credit card number he change his tune. Hang up and called me back very shortly afterwards and said he made the arrangements to have the defective fridge picked up and a full refund They picked up the fridge on a Sunday. Monday morning we went go the store to get a refund and gave us a hard time saying they did not receive the fridge and we’re not sure if they picked it up. Luckily we had the delivery people sign a statement saying they had picked it up and finally they issued a refund
We went to a reputable store. Bought the fridge we wanted and had it in our home in two days.
People do yourself a favour and DO NOT shop at bad boy. They are bad news. Now who is better than Bad Boy?

I was able to customize the fabric on the sofa I wanted, and they were very accommodating when I asked to change the colour a week later. Karen was very helpful during every step. I received delivery during the time frame they gave me. I really like the sofa and I would go back.

We were initially happy with price and service we received but now we’re frustrated. Couch we purchased was to be delivered in 4 weeks, 6 max. It has been fully paid for. In week 7 after much follow up with head office we finally got a delivery date. We were told a number of stories including the delay was because it was custom order (it wasn’t) the couch was not in stock (Toronto confirmed it was) etc. Not a great way to win over Ottawa residents. Word gets around.
Ryan helped us pick out a tv. Great service from him, knowledgeable and patient. Got a great price on the unit. I didn't realize that it was final sale until I was signing but I don't see that being an issue.
Quality selections at reasonable prices. We walked in and did not feel pressured. Looked around found a fantastic sectional and was able to get it customized to our needs with our price range. Canadian made products, huge selection, great, fun, knowledgeable staff. Thank you Joe and your GM for a superior experience. We definitely will be back.
