“I had a leak in my livingroom ceiling. I've noticed a little wet spots last fall but (other) roofer told me there is nothing wrong with the roof. Couple of weeks ago it got really bad. The spots got much bigger. This time I got Bart's Rooftops because of the good ratings. Daniel (owner) checked the roof thoroughly, explained the issues and fixed the problem. We had couple of heavy rainy days and still no leaks! Very good price and made me feel comfortable as I am not a handyman. Few days ago I had a leak on other place and he found possible problem areas and fixed it. Now, I'm waiting for some rain to see if it got fixed. I will definitely call him again for his service. “Lucas and co installed a bathroom vent cap for a reasonable price. Unfortunately it was a very old flat roof which was way past needing a replacement, which I didn't know at the time, and which Lucas couldn't see because it was covered in snow when he quoted and did the job. It leaked during our next thaw maybe a few days later. Lucas replaced the flat roof for a very reasonable price and was able to get it done in record time, working some very late days. Professional and hardworking.”
