“It was my birthday. I went in and just started too look around in seconds I was asked what I was looking for. I came I with my dad and my grandfather. they talked to me, not anyone else. we looked at some other places around the area. My family was exited to see what I had purchased. I bought a Project debut-carbon. it cost me enough, some wire a brush and a nice auxiliary cord. While at my grandparents i used an extra system and hooked up 50$ speakers and 100$ amp back in the day. Pretty bad system compared to what I am used to still produced amazing sound. I am really looking forward to purchasing more from them, weather it be upgrades or records. Thank you very much”

“Have been visiting this store for almost 20 years now, and I am very surprised to read the negative reviews. Ross, my husband, and I talk on every visit. We catch up on each other's family. Ross is patient and I ramble on regarding the latest world event, and I learn a lot from him; he is very well read. In terms of the service - top drawer! Hence our shopping there for almost 20 years. Delusions of Grandeur is our first stop whenever we need anything for the house: furniture, wall decor, figurines - anything. If I want something custom made, Ross will take a sketch or inspiration photo and measurements, get us an estimate, and approximately 4 or 5 months later the items arrives - Perfect and fits in the house as expected. Have always found Ross to be courteous, friendly, patient. He is not pushy. He gives us space to walk around and look around and think. I really appreciate that. Have found the products to be beautifully made, durable, and perfect! My home has Delusions of Grandeur items from the foyer to the basement to the upper level. It is wonderful in a town like Ottawa to find a breath of beautiful fresh air in decor options. The choices in this town can be limited: when I am looking for a statement piece or a piece that is unique. Glad we have Ross and his store. Delusions of Grandeur is perfect.”

“Bonds Decor has great customer service. My son broke a door on the hutch we bought from there. I took in the parts of the door so that they could get the measurements to build a new door. They said that it would take 6 to 8 weeks. After four weeks I called and found out that they had fixed the door and would return it without any charge for the repair. It looks as good as new.”
