Then we regrettably changed our mind and asked if we could cancel the order. Adam was most gracious and cancelled it with no penalty. We felt badly and asked him to to take a penalty payment but he did not.”

“I called Environmental Plumbing as I needed to get a quote over the phone. It was a pretty standard leak. I was able to send pictures to Gary and he was able to tell me over the phone what he could do to help. On New Year's Eve he came all the way over and repaired the leak in minutes!! Other companies told me it'd take a few days to even get a quote. My valves were discontinued and I was told by other companies I'd need to completely replace it to a new one. Thankfully Gary keeps spare parts exactly for this reason! He had the tiny little cap I needed and saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. I am so incredible grateful for his fast response, dedication and understanding. I'm happy to finally have a "plumber guy"!!!!”
