“Wonderful staff, professional, courteous and very noticeably well educated in their line of work. Quick and painless process overall when bloodwork was done and any inquiries I had were addressed without any issues or annoyance as I have experienced with other labs in the past. Highly recommend this place. Thank you to the staff for the comfortable and friendly service.”

“Went in today for a tonsillectomy. I don’t even have the words to describe the staff. All were so kind and caring and made sure it was truly a pleasant experience! I’m 19 but honestly a big baby when it comes to things like this, but they were all so kind and comforted me through all the tears. In the operation room there was lots of doctors and surgeons, but there was this one younger gal who held my oxygen mask on. She stood above me, wiping away my tears and kept calmly assuring me everything was going to be okay. Her kindness and compassion helped me so so much in my time of need and I wish I could’ve thanked her. The other woman in the day surgery unit was also such a kind soul... she kept bringing me heated blankets and popsicles and cheering me up. Overall the best experience I could’ve ever asked for. All these nurses/doctors truly care about the patients and have a passion for caring about others. Thank you to everyone today, you guys are the best. I was tearing up on my way out because I didn’t want to leave! Anyways, I wish I could give 10/5 stars. Woodstock Hospital is the place to go for surgery, I promise you!”

“Every time I come here the doctors are amazing! Doctor Onisheinko, doctor Nicholls, is really amazing! I was so impressed with how patient he was with my son even though he was balling his eyes out.. ( my son not the doctor lol) . Also doctor George, Anderson anyone else I’ve seen , they are all amazing caring doctors. The wait time is not bad at all if you go early and I find the receptionist all very nice with the one exception of Doctor George’s receptionist. Unsure of what her name is but she is the older ,slim/ petite lady with the very thick accent and grey hair. She is the reason I wanted to give a review and can only give 4 stars. She kicked the door open and is very bossy, rolled her eyes at anyone who isnt snap snap as quick as her. I am sorry if I am not as fast as lightning, but I had a 2 year old with pneumonia and things were being done as fast as we could. This lady was rude when she called out someone else’s name, I couldn’t hear especially being sick myself, and as we were sopposed to be next in line she skipped us ,and she said to me “ what you don’t know what your own name is?” With a very sarcastic loud tone. I found this very rude and as if she was trying to embarrass me and make me look stupid. (when you can’t hear because you are so congested or understand her accent fully and you are expected to be next in line this thing happens) .. she was so pushy with me even though I took a quick time to gather my child and cards. She is just so rude. She has so much hostility and then when you are short with her in return to avoid any more bs, she sits back as if to say “ I’m not serving you” then asks me why I am angry with her when all I did was say “ pardon me” I had to tell her twice that I was not there to argue with her. I told her again that if I am short it’s becasue you rolled your eyes at me when I reached to get my card. She proceeded to tell me “ yes that’s because when there is a lot of people here you go quick” the thing is no one expected her to boot the door open at 4:30 when the clinic opens at 5 pm. I also had a very sick crying sleepy 2 year old so forgive me if so kept the cards in my wallet, I didn’t want to loose them! Had a lot Going on.. This is no way to treat patients and it’s never ok to roll your eyes at patients for any reason. Her lack of professionalism makes the whole clinic look bad. Even though the doctors are amazing and other receptionist are great. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a doctors office before. Other patients were shaking their heads at her in disgust because of her poor attitude. She really upset my mother who came with us for the extra help, and was appalled at how she treated us. I am a respectful person who appreciates the importance of being quick as you can at a busy clinic. I was 3 seconds grabbing the card. I am so confused as to what I did to deserve this.”
