“I have had my hair cut twice here now and both times have been a lovely experience. My hair was cut to my liking and they even gave me a little curl, which made me feel fancy. I appreciate that they have appointments available in the early evening so I can easily go after work. “My daughter is currently receiving counselling services from Tina J. Smith & Associates and her experience has been excellent (I am posting this review with her permission). Two years of pandemic life has been incredibly stressful on our youth and I am grateful that we have such qualified therapists available in Woodstock to provide supportive mental health services. Grace Karugu is our therapist and she has been able to efficiently help my daughter identify and work on key issues and that has helped bring some immediate relief. EMDR therapy is also an amazing therapeutic tool that they provide (when applicable) which can access healing in ways 'talk therapy' alone can not. I know that all therapists are stretched to the limit right now during the pandemic, so I appreciate all the more how responsive the team at Tina J. Smith & Assoc. has been.”

“Have never been a fan of the dentist much like most people, but after my last horrible visit to the dentist I decided it was time for a change, I made the switch to Gary and it couldn’t have been a better decision. For someone who is anxious anytime their in that chair my experience at springbank dental was phenomenal, no pain, no discomfort, clear communication and an upfront and honest approach to taking care of my teeth. I highly recommend and definitely will be a permanent patient at this office.”

“I tried this place on a whim and I'm glad I did! My son is very nervous getting his haircut, but the gentlemen who did his hair were very patient and understanding. They were very friendly to both my son and I, professional and polite. We were treated very well, so I don't see why there is any negative reviews. We had a great experience. Not only that, but the haircut itself is beautiful. Well done! We will be coming back for sure. To be able to do a design like this on a toddlers head takes alot of skill and patience. You'll see us again.”

“I went out on a limb and tried the Diamond Spa before spending a lot of time and money visiting a dermatologist. I had the hypradermabrassion facial about 2 weeks ago and it was so relaxing. It was my first facial so I didn’t really know what to expect. Ryan did a great job at explaining everything and made the whole experience a positive one. I have since noticed an improvement in my skin (acne prone) and already have my next appointment booked. For the cost of the facial, it was worth it in my opinion. I’m also very excited to hopefully try the skin care line they will be bringing into the spa. Edit - I had to come here to edit this review with an update since this spa is basically my second home now! My skin has been so much better after consistent facials here and has saved me a lot of time and money like I said before. I’ve also recently started getting the eyelash lift and tint and the results are amazing! Also wanted to add their response time and flexibility in their scheduling is 10/10. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for me here!”

“I always have a wonderful experience here. I'm always greeted with a smile. The staff is especially cheerful for the holiday season. I often spot them helping out people with special needs or physical restrictions. Whether it be reaching something on a shelf or carrying out their groceries for them. They always just seem to be ready to help customers out with whatever they need. Service is always quick and clerks are always able to hold a conversation with customers. They take pride in making sure everyone is happy. One last positive thing about the workers is they're always willing to help us find something. Oh yeah the business is wheelchair accessible and all that other stuff. Oh and the worker that many of the older reviews have mentioned, doesn't work here any more. She hasn't worked here for over half a year. So I promise you. Everyone at this location is friendly and happy.”
