“Matt was the first to call me back after calling several businesses on the weekend when my furnace broke down. He took time to trouble shoot over the phone first in case it was a simple fix. With no luck over the phone he came out the next day and I STILL didn’t have one other company call me by this time. Matt arrived when he said he would and was professional and efficient. Investigated and quickly uncovered the problem. He investigated to determine if a replacement part would be covered under warranty and it was!! Matt returned the very next day, new part in hand with another staff member, one worked on fixing my furnace and the other fixed another issue I didn’t even know would cause me issues down the road. “Dennis came out and did a great job! He was polite, professional, thorough, and did not try to sell us on any unnecessary parts (as can happen so easily in these situations)! We have been renovating with a lot of dust, and in this case, a routine maintenance seems to have fixed the problem. Our furnace was throwing a code and shutting itself down; he was honest about the fact he did not see any problems, but that often doing a pm is all that is needed for the problem to resolve itself. However, because the furnace was not acting up when he arrived, it is possible there may be further issues. I value this honest approach, and his willingness to start with the simple (and inexpensive) pm since most of the time it is enough to correct the problem. He was also willing to extend his already long day, to fit us in sooner on the schedule. Thanks, Dennis, for great customer service and professional work!”
