“I had a "small" job that absolutely had to be done and Lakeland was the only contractor who was willing to take on the work. It meant that I had to wait until more lucrative work was finished but I was absolutely fine with that. The guys showed up at my place on time and quickly set to work. They were able to get everything done quickly and were easily able to overcome any difficulties that cropped up. When they left, the worksite was cleaner than when they arrived. I am extremely happy with the work that was done and especially with the fact that the final bill was less than the initial quote. I would not hesitate to recommend Lakeland to anyone wanting construction work done in the Parry Sound area.”
