“This is a nice neighbourhood grocery store. Usually the lines are fairly short and/or they open up new registers rather quickly. Scott himself is a bit of a curmudgeon and I would agree with other reviews that the staff don't seem to be treated super-well. Be ready with your lawyer if you try to price-match since Scott instructs his cashiers to deny many of them. For example, you can't price-match Ocean's at this store (even though it's a leisurely 5 minute drive away) because according to Scott it's outside of the competitive boundary. (The other No Frills at Clark & 410 price matches Ocean's happily.) They also have fairly restrictive limits on the sale items at this store, so if you're trying to stock-up on a sale item, you need to visit more than once or go to another No Frills. They are also stick-in-the-mud about going in more than once to get the sales. They once banned me after I went in four times to stock up on something on sale. Later in the day I went over to the No Frills at 410 and Clark, and they had NO LIMIT on the sale item that I was after. Probably the store would be a lot better if Scott himself wasn't so curmudgeonly. Maybe he'll sell it to someone better one day.”
