“I think the customer service is excellent here. The frontline staff is courteous, helpful and informative. However, I feel that the necessary service work is overpriced. The hourly rate that is charged is too high in my opinion when the mechanics themselves are making a fraction of that I’m sure and the parts that are required seem to be charged at a maximum. Money has to be made I know, but it does seem disproportionate to what is required.”
