My husband and I have been working together to help her get back on track and have been telling her about all the help there is in the community. So... today we called Peterborough Pet Food Bank, and we were told to come by. We went, and the gentleman whom runs it (out of his home, from the kindness of his heart) had a huge bag of dog food and 12 tons of cat food for us to pick up. This is amazing! My mother-in-law couldn't believe that it was all free. Thank you so so much for your help! “The experience with John was great. Super patient, worked with us to get a different floor when the one we chose was out of stock. Jeff and the other installer (can’t remember his name, but he’s a Steelers fan like me) did a great job. It was very hot in our house (no central air) and not once did they complain. Jeff taught me a lot about handiwork (I’m the handy one in my marriage, my husband isn’t). We went over properly rehinging doors (I rehinged the bathroom door and turns out the pin was upside down. Jeff fixed this for me), French cleats, etc. They both did a complete walk through of the work done and gave us care instructions. We will definitely use them again for our basement bathroom, and if they do powder rooms, we’ll use them for that too.”
