“Found this place in the middle of nowhere while driving back from way up north. We came 10 minutes to closing and figured it was to late. They lady inside insisted we ordered still and not to worry, she was kind enough to take our orders and serve us with a smile. We were a group of four and ordered quite a bit. “Happened to be there on Tuesday, their 2 for 1 cheeseburger day. They were very good. Not their fault you can't eat inside. Fries were very good. I always prefer to eat in since it is much fresher than having to re-heat at home. Will be back hopefully can eat in then. Didn't look at the menu, but I know they have pizza too.”

“Family owned and operated. The store I don't think has changed inside at all for the past 15+ years which would be good if they did so it's not so cluttered. The people are very polite but it isn't always fun when they speak Chinese right in front of the customer. Lots of movies to rent here. They have a lot of random things here not just food and snacks.”

“MAKE YOUR LIFE BETTER! If you're buying your cottage groceries in Havelock, stop by this gem of a bakery to get some of the best bread you'll ever taste anywhere. I don't know the story of how this bakery came to be in small-town Havelock, but it's a god-send. I can personally attest to the merits of the apricot-anise and sourdough breads, and I look forward to sampling the full menu very, very soon.”

“Visited the Brewery on Valentines day. I have seen this place on FB for a while and decided to visit. It was a beautiful sunny day so we decided to go for a drive and check it out. I purchased a growlers bottle of the light beer. It was as good any major beer at the beer store. Will definitely be a regular customer, and will be checking out other flavors”

“This business catered our wedding recently (a breakfast wedding) and we were beyond thrilled with Stacey’s work. She catered our day-before garden party too, with sandwiches and salads that we picked up from her. The food was made from scratch with wholesome ingredients always (eg real maple syrup, real whipped cream, and good coffee beans are just automatic for her!). It was absolutely delicious - my brother in law said Stacey’s sandwich was the best one he had ever eaten. These are the things you want to hear about your event! Stacey was so kind and easy going to deal with, accommodated all our requests, but also had good professional suggestions that were extremely helpful. So helpful when planning an event to have someone you can trust and deal with easily!!! Sorry we have no photos of our wedding brunch but just picture an incredible outdoor rural Ontario pancake breakfast. It was the best and Stacey and her food were so amazing!!! My family raved about it!!! We were 110% happy with Sugar Caine Catering, and we know you will be too!!!”

“Had stopped in Havelock for fuel & something to eat. Didn't want the typical fast food fare and saw this family restaurant. Ordered the Turkey Club and was not disappointed. Real turkey was used. Asked for lightly toasted & that's exactly what I got. Took no time at all to prepare (5/6 minutes tops). Staff pleasant and accommodating. Very good experience.”
