Dear Alex and Lorraine,
James and Zach were at the cottage Oct 30th to install two new fireplaces and remove the old fireplaces. I would like to commend you on hiring two competent and personable fine young men. I enjoyed popping in to watch them work individually, one up stairs, or on the roof and one down stairs and so well together as a team when necessary. They called us in to make sure the fireplace was positioned to our liking before the final hook up discussing the look, safety and most efficient flow of heat. Both gentlemen took the time to answer all our questions.
Calls from Mike to set up the appointments, bills and questions afterward were also appreciated.

Great service from top to bottom. Had a annual inspection done of our Fireplace and the techs were so knowledgeable and friendly and did such a great job cleaning it up and setting us up for the winter. Would absolutely recommend this company.

We just purchased a new propane fireplace from Eric Shaw at Friendly Fires. Their installation crew of James and Jason were here today. Fantastic job! The guys were great, clean up was amazing. Justin and Alex did an excellent job cleaning our stoves. They did a thorough job and showed us what to look out for in the future. Also they immaculately cleaned up everything at the end. Couldn't ask for better service!

Had my fireplace door explode during Xmas holidays in 2019. I put in a claim and my insurance company sent out Friendly Fires to assess the situation. Bobby and Zach were terrific but inadvertently disposed of the door frame. Needless to say Covid complicated timelines but Duane with Friendly Fires diligently kept working on a solution. Happy to report that within the last week my new doors were installed (they look better than the originals) and there was no charge for the doors or the installation !! Thanks again Duane for your persistence.
