Unbelievable service!!- I have never bought a vehicle before but was very concerned about getting the stereotypical "car salesman". I went to Trent Valley Honda where I was helped by Keith. He was beyond awesome! Never once did I feel pressured, he was knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel very relaxed during the whole process. He made sure I test drove different vehicles so I could get a good feel for what I wanted and sent me notices when something I did want came up. After that I was helped by Edwin in financing where he explained everything to me clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and understood everything before signing. Even later when I needed the vehicle detailed, the shuttle driver, Dave was so friendly! Thank you to the entire staff at Trent Valley Honda, but especially Keith!
