Tim was great in helping us out, as was Christian. 4 stars for how long it took them to get everything ready for our pick-up. Also because when we asked for a spare tire they basically said no. Didn't tell us we had no spare, we had to find out later. Just an inflation kit, which will cost more to clean up.
