Fixed my phone I wasn't receiving msgs call center was useless these guys fixed it in 10 min thanks again!

I needed a new phone, and my partner and I needed a new plan. My partner went to the Telus store on Chemong road in Peterborough a few weeks ago, and spoke to Joey about plans. He let my partner know of various plans and the one that he thought would be best for our needs with unlimited data. We both went in about a week later, and Joey explained the different phones available and capability. I needed a few days to figure out which phone would be best. I had decided on one and changed my mind by the time I went back to see him. Joey was very patient, and took his time explaining each phone. I'm not tech savvy at all, and I appreciated that he took the time to explain things so I'd understand. He also explained each plan carefully. I don't like dealing with phone companies at all, but I have to say that Joey made it an enjoyable experience. I'm very happy with my new phone, and happy that I changed my mind from what I was originally going to get. Joey is very personable as well. I will certainly be requesting to work with Joey again the next time I need assistance with my phone or plan. If there's a customer service award, he has definitely earned it! Thank you Joey!
