“Just a quick note of appreciation.... I usually purchase lumber at Kingdon Timber Mart and have always liked their quality and price. Ordered some lumber early this week for delivery and found after delivery that one of the boards had some hidden damage and was unusable. Called the service desk yesterday and they couldn't have been any nicer. Woke up this morning to find the replacement board in my driveway! Great customer service!
