Horlings Garden & Design Centre

Great place to buy plants! We always drive by this place and this is the first year we stopped by to check it out. Pandemic social distancing... they have Lots of space to move around and they give you masks to get in. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. They also have a variety of plants. But it seems like it is a busy season so the plants disappeared so fast this year. Plants seemed a bit pricey compared to the big retail stores but they have cool plants that the big stores don't have.

I've been going to this garden centre for most of my life. They always have amazing selection and their staff are always knowledgable and friendly.

Just bought a silver maple from them. They were extremely helpful and patient while answering my many, many questions. Thanks so much!

Shout out to staff esp Branden for his patience and help today. I’ve gone there for years and tried other nurseries in Pbo but always go back to Horlings for variety/quality of plants and advice. They helped w/advice when we first bought our house and understood how exciting it was but just another day for them LOL! My husb went to another nursery (far south end) today and arrived 10 min early before opening and told ‘we’re not open yet!’ That’s it. So he left. Even when Horlings was struggling w/opening this spring they were very helpful by phone and apologetic. To be fair other places in town offer good plants (but limited) and service incl landscape supplies (not the one above) but my go to is Horlings for best of both. Thx guys!
